Control Room Dispatch & Management

RAPID control room functionality allows dispatchers to view their fleet and manage events raised by that fleet. Each controller can access the system using a platform independent Java GUI application. Each GUI client can be customised to the operators preference and can show both a map display and form detail on any object within the system. Dispatchers log on with a password and only get to see the functions they are authorised for and the data that relates to their company maintaining strict commercial confidentiality in a multi company environment.

From within the RAPID GIU it is easy to view all late services, to show services that have not started, to look at all buses on a route, to cancel a service or to turn short a service.

Authorised users can view failure events, send messages to drivers and to signs and control most of the system parameters.

Web support allows the control room to be distributed or localised to suite your business needs.
